Review of Accident & Emergency - Children's

Sho was polite - explained clearly to child what she was doing. Listened well to the child. Paediatric consultant was excellent very concerned - listened to mum's (my) concerns. - A and E generally need better and clearer signs to indicate where people should wait.
- You cannot see the person or communicate properly through window.
- 1st window needs to move from blocking.

The nursing staff are wonderful as are the doctors and physic. All staff have been lovely. The food leaves a lot to be desired.
